Have you ever had someone call you on the phone and dump all their problems on you? They end up feeling better and you end up feeling worse.
The next time that happens, I encourage you to tap on the EFT meridian points as you are listening to their rampage of negativity. This technique will help you to process the negative emotions that can get triggered within you.
You don't have to worry about saying anything, just tap on the different points as they are talking. Set the intention that the tapping will keep your energy system balanced.
If the person you are talking to is really having a rough time, set the intention that the tapping you are doing will help balance their energy system as well as your own.
If you happen to be talking with them in person, offer to tap on them as they are telling their story of drauma and trauma. If they are not open to EFT, imagine the tapping in your head. You don't always need to physically tap the meridian points.
If you are having a bad day and feel compelled to call someone and tell them about it, tap as you are talking so you can release the negative feelings and emotions.
It is your responsibility to manage your energy at all times. Don't allow others to pull you out of balance and harmony. EFT makes it simple to process negative emotions and experiences.
