Expressing yourself creatively can be scary and bring up all kinds of resistance.

During this 55-minute teleclass recording, I lead a discussion around the different fears, doubts and limiting beliefs that keep us from expressing our creative talents.

I then take the participants through an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session to address any tension, stress or anxiety that comes up when we think about or take action toward expressing our creative side. After getting into a more relaxed and comfortable state, I take everyone through an EFT session for Being a Star. We release any resistance you might have to being a star and activate that part of you that is ready to shine.
