You can slow down your tapping to match the beat of your heart. This speed may be good for helping you relax.
- Tap slowly and repeat at each EFT meridian point, "I choose to relax" or "I choose to feel calm."
- Tap quicky and repeat at each EFT meridian point, "I choose to feel energized" or " I choose to feel confident."
There is no right or wrong way to use EFT. Experiment with the speed of your tapping and post your results on the blog.
